What is therapy?

Therapy is a process that assists clients in exploring how their life experiences influence their decisions and impact their interpersonal relationships in a variety of different settings throughout their lives. It is a process of exploring your thoughts and feelings around an issue that is causing distress. Common issues that are addressed consist of:
